We are using this in a 3500sf warehouse room that gets humid. Last dehumidifier from a different brand starting having issues after 3 years of 24/7 use.
This is smaller and easier to move, yet seems sturdy. I also like the fact that it has a pump for the drain so it gives us more flexibility with placement.
We maybe getting another one for a different room.

We own a restoration/water damage company and we use those on daily basis to dry the effected areas. This one is a commercial one and it very massive, you can immediately feel the change on the room temperature when drying the damage area which is great. It makes
Some noise (more like white noise) but not loud as the other one we use so this is a big plus For our clients. It design nicely with cable and hose holder, and also have a well made handles to carry it.

Ours is an older configuration, but it's been doing its job for three years without stop. The pump to drain the tank is still going strong, pushing the water up one floor. Has removed gallons and gallons of humidity but we need a second one in our 1250 sq. ft. very high humidity crawl space , so we'll order this one again. The price has actually dropped a bit in three years.

Mine has been working well but a problem is it won’t shut down +-5% from the setting, it runs set at 55% when the space is at 35-40%
I’m guessing it has a hydrometer problem? Any help is appreciated
