It's really great. It's easy to operate and easy to move. It's very suitable for putting in the basement. It makes my basement no longer damp in summer. The temperature drops from 80 degrees and drops quickly. There is a lot of water in the water tank, and it is equipped with a hose. If there is too much water, you can use the hose to drain it directly to the sewer. It's really convenient.

This is a great unit for my basement. I recently finished a basement area that has two sewer pumps, and sometimes when I’m using my computer downstairs and get tired, I may sleep in the small room nearby. Because of that, I really wanted something that could help keep the basement dry and prevent mold or moisture problems.

This is the perfect portable unit for my basement. I'm in the NE so spring/summer will bring humidity and I was told my basement is already humid during the winter.

I drain it using the provided tube directly into my sump, but I may drain it into a bucket so I can use it to water plants. Has been working great so far!

I’m very impressed with how quickly this dehumidifier works. The humidity level in my basement started at 77%, and within just 30 minutes it dropped to 65%. The tank was already half full, showing it’s pulling a significant amount of moisture from the air.

I run a restaurant and more often than not, on super rainy weathers the place gets extremely humid which is bad for business. I got this because it was portable, making it so I can move it freely without effecting customers. It works well and fast too, not to mention super sturdy and durable. I am a restaurant owner. I am very annoyed when the rainy season . The floor is always very wet. I am always afraid that the guests will fall, so I always turn on the air conditioner very low. guests always complain that it is too coldIt . After comparing many ， I bought this one. It is very good. It allows me to keep the floor dry without turning on the air conditioner. It solves my big problem. The noise is also very low, and it does not affect the guests.

It runs 24 seven in my unfinished basement…I always need a dehumidifier…My last one needed a part because the defrost froze solid with ice and you can’t buy the part anymore…Ran for over 10 years, non stop at times…This runs less because the efficiency is unmatched…Easy to use…

In the summer especially my garage get extremely hot and humid. Since I use the garage partially for storage, I thought keeping the humidity low would be beneficial. It arrived mostly assembled and there were just a couple of pieces that needed to be screwed in. Since it's not that hot yet I'm using is without the hose drainage and I empty it once a week. Once it will get hotter, the drain hose and pump will be needed for continuous outside drainage or I would have to empty it every couple of day. It's easy to move around and all I have to do is to set the humidity level I want and it will start and shut off when the level is reached. Even on the days that the temp hits 75 or so, lowering the humidity to 50-60 make the garage feel not as damp
